We recently purchased a 2025 Ford Mustang GT at Chapman Ford in Scottsdale, Arizona. Everyone we crossed paths with were professional, yet made us feel like family. Chelsea was waiting for us, as we had called in. After explaining what we were looking for, she introduced us to Mike Brill. John went above and beyond in helping us with a truck even going as far as removing the old wrap off the car by hand so it was ready for us to put our own wrap on it! We had several less than satisfactory experiences with other dealers when we contacted Jones Ford Verde Valley. Joe Gonzales and Parker, Joe's general manager, went out of their way to make us comfortable with their open and accommodating approach to selling us the truck we were interested in. We drove for about 90 minutes each way to visit the Verde Valley dealership and would happily do so again to purchase another vehicle. I've already recommended Joe to a friend and do so to any of the readers of this review.

Bradley Ford is usually spot on. Last visit however the technician got in a hurry or was distracted and neglected to replace the filler cap. I made it about 100 miles and pulled off the freeway, stopped at a gas station and was greeted by smoke from under the hood. Usually I check that stuff before leaving the dealer but I was trusting their work as this was my 4th visit to Bradley. Never been an issue. I was also supposed to get a tire rotation in my maintenance package and that didn't happen either. So check your work folks. Luckily nothing caught fire but it made a mess. Service writer was to report it to management and I was told I'd receive a call from him/her. Nothing happened but this review request.

The girl who help me through this showed me want they did and what they checked. She was very clear about the service. She took the payment and I was ready to go. She thank me for choosing them and checked the oil sticker and I left. I will return for the next service.

He had it brought to the dealer in about an hour from another location. We then worked with Michael for a quick and easy finance and drove it home! We are loving this truck! Our Ford pickup was damaged took it in to Jones body shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he would contact me,( and seemed to be quite emphatic about it) when things were a go. 7 weeks later still no word from Angelo, called an left a message still no word from him. Went down to the dealership to find out some info about the situation, Obviously Angelo answers to nobody, he came with the dealership. I will return to my dealership that is 3 hrs away, I get a lot better service there, plus Wonderful PR.

We purchased a Nautilus Black Label SUV yesterday. From the moment we got out of our car until we drove out of the showroom we felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Kudos to Sal, Scott and Jose. When I was hungry they brought me food, when I was confused they were patient, when I asked a question they had an answer or found someone who did. Just a very pleasant experience all around. Just before we drove away Sal put a huge silver bow on the hood of our vehicle and snapped photos for us. A very special touch and memory.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

EXCELLENT DEALER! I've been trading at Robert Horne Ford for nearly ten years. Their service department is excellent - very honest and accurate. I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a 2024 F-250 Super Duty from Robert Horne. I am very particular about the vehicles I purchase, so I sat down with Sales Manager Nick and began to spec out the vehicle I wanted. Nick was great at recommending things I hadn't thought about as well as telling me things he didn't think I really needed. From the initial meeting Nick and I went to Bruce who entered the info into the computer. Bruce was very thorough and made certain the final order was exactly what I wanted before sending it to Ford. The day the order was sent I met Justin (Internet Sales Manager) who became my "point man". He's an excellent sales professional. He stayed in touch with me throughout the building of my truck and gave me updates as to the progress. When the truck arrived at Robert Horne, Justin took charge of prepping it and overseeing that everything was as it should be. I really felt like he "had my back" during the whole process. Robert Horne never disappoints me. The staff is always friendly and seems genuinely happy with their jobs. A special "shout out" goes to the Custodian Lady who is always smiling and offers me a bottle of water whenever she sees me. She keeps the place immaculate too. I also want to mention Mike in the Parts Department. I wanted to order several things for the new truck and he was very helpful in finding the right items for me. Also, Ted, in the Finance Department, made what is usually a tedious chore a pleasant experience. Hats off to you, Ted. Nick and Justin make a good team. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I strongly recommend you talk with either of them at Robert Horne.

Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!
