We are now 7 purchases in with Bell Ford and their sales/finance team. We have been working with Collin and Zach with every purchase and their level of customer service has been beyond reproach. These two gentleman are very upfront with everything, and work with the us to come to a mutual agreement on any concessions needed from us and anything that is still due from them. Zach with finance has always made sure that we are aligned with our financial commitment for payments as well as discussing and adding service agreements for our vehicles to help us with peace of mind in maintaining our vehicles. We cannot be happier with our purchases and continued business with Bell Ford.

This is my first Diesel truck and the maintenance for life helps relieve some of the worries I had with maintenance costs on diesel vehicles. Can't wait to take it on a long cross country trip!

We purchased a Nautilus Black Label SUV yesterday. From the moment we got out of our car until we drove out of the showroom we felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Kudos to Sal, Scott and Jose. When I was hungry they brought me food, when I was confused they were patient, when I asked a question they had an answer or found someone who did. Just a very pleasant experience all around. Just before we drove away Sal put a huge silver bow on the hood of our vehicle and snapped photos for us. A very special touch and memory.

Rodeo ford does its best. I have a large F250. Only owned it for two years. I’m now a 100% disability Vet it’s very difficult to get in and out of my awesome truck now. So I tried to down size to an F150 Benny tried to help but unfortunately credit has went sideways recently and I still owe two much on my truck. But the effort from Rodeo was good. I wish it would have worked out. Just will have to deal with it for now. Thank you Rodeo

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a - cruiser_nancy

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.
