I did not know how to get to PIGG's .God directed us to this place.We got up on Saturday evening and used a GPS to get us there.When we drove up, the Expedition was just like God showed me in the vision.This professional salesman came out introduced as Logan.He is very knowledgeable and compassionate to the customers.He did not push us or crowd us.He allowed us to test drive,bring our mechanic to check it out.I wasn't worried about the truck being sold before we went to the bank,because I knew who had sent us.Thank you from the Tutt's !GOD DID IT AGAIN!

I bought an SUV from DriveTime Huntsville Al on 11/14/25 on 11/16/25 we found the wheel bearing was going out. Contacted the DriveTime store Manager on 11/17/25. She sent me to the warranty service. This was a weeks long of hair pulling issues and misinformation from service provider. MS Tory called me 11/20/25 to follow up. At the time we had gotten nothing from warranty or service provider. On Saturday 11/22/25 I went to DriveTimes Huntsville Location sat down with the Mgr Tory I was frustrated and ready to just park this vehicle that I Truly Loved. I thought of even trying to make the attempt to repair it myself. But Ms. Tory professionally and with a true concern explained this is not normal and reassured me we could get it repaired. She made arrangements with Firestone to check the vehicle out. Tabatha at Firestone was amazing as well. She calmed me down she did her job with the knowledge and kindness that was very much an attitude change for me. She got the inspection done got the warranty claim submitted and the vehicle repaired in 4.5 hours versus the week long other situation. Thank you so very Much store Manager Tory at DriveTime and Tabatha Moore @ Firestone you both did what you said you were going to do. This kept me from getting angry or worse trying to repair this myself. This 2019 Ford Explorer Limited is now drivable and I truly love this vehicle. Thank you so very much.

However, wasn't to thrill with the financial side. Wasn't informed during that process until the end that credit was approved or if there was any issue. This was found out after receiving emails and letters from the different companies that ran credit checks. That's why I rated a 4 out of 5. Overall satisfied. As I was the one looking to buy, he directed all questions to me and not my husband and that goes a long way with me. The only downside for me was that as soon as we drove in to the lot, we were followed as we drove around. I do understand that it’s a very competitive business, but maybe, for future reference, a wave to let potential buyers that they’ve been seen and then let them come to you.
