Since I live out of state, Kali went above and beyond to be my eyes and ears, documenting every detail with total honesty. Her sweet introduction video and constant communication took all the stress out of a long-distance purchase. She even connected me with Jack, who executed an excellent wrap on the car before I even saw it.
