VW Factory Recalls must be better organized. 2 Recalls within short time, could combine easily. We know about the second recall already when the first took place at the dealership, we are losing 2 Recalls within short time, could combine easily. We know about the second recall already when the first took place at the dealership, we are losing half a day dropping the car at the dealership and getting it back. Not to forget making appointments that fit everyone’s schedule. More

The prices for service were a lot more than competitors. I had work done at a previous Volkswagen dealership and they failed to mention several additional issues that my car had so I had brought it to this I had work done at a previous Volkswagen dealership and they failed to mention several additional issues that my car had so I had brought it to this dealership and they found 8 additional issues. I choose to get the work done on two of issues and planned on waiting to comeback to get the work done but asked around and found out the dealership was charging 3x times the price for the additional issues compared to else where. If I had gotten one of these issues fixed somewhere I could have have saved over 1000 dollars. More
