Toyota Direct - Service Center

I only use the dealer because I purchased the maintenance package. During this visit for an oil change, was quoted $1890 to replace my driver side mirror, which had been sideswiped. I found a YouTube video and Amazon after market part for $130. The dealer's business model will never be for me, it is way too high. I do enjoy the popcorn machine and slushee's, however! More

Like I said before, I came in expecting to get tires rotated and an oil change. They said I needed new rear tires and I said OK. Dealership is very slow taking over an hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was t change oil and rotate tires. Before departing the dealership I asked the service advisor if the all the tires were properly inflated to which I was told everything was topped off. The next day I received a tire pressure warning light and upon checking, all four tires were below 30psi. I have no faith that this service department does their job and I will not be returning after utilizing this dealership for seven years. More
