Took my 2024 TRD PRO for regular 10,000 mile maintenance pointed out to service advisor that the tire pressure needs attention and needed to top off the pressures. It never was done and had to fix it. The pointed out to service advisor that the tire pressure needs attention and needed to top off the pressures. It never was done and had to fix it. They too never reset the maintenance warning on the dashboard. Very disappointing. More

Overall good service but the service technician, after completing his inspection, recommended replacing my front rotors when the only thing that was necessary was replacing the brake pads. My husband easi completing his inspection, recommended replacing my front rotors when the only thing that was necessary was replacing the brake pads. My husband easily did that and said the rust that the technician was concerned about was minor and superficial, saving us about $500. More
I had a 68,000 mile service done on my Highlander. I noticed the next day that the bottom trim of my right side drivers door near the mud flap had come loose.
