Cliff was fantastic when I brought my wife's van in for service. He explained everything going on clearly and was quick to get the work done. Definitely going back to see him when it's time for the next service. He explained everything going on clearly and was quick to get the work done. Months later, I received a call saying it was time to schedule a service and I told them no, I would not be returning and get my vehicle serviced elsewhere now. A couple days later, I received an email with an appointment that they scheduled anyways. This has happened twice now and I am not scheduling appointments. HORRIBLE customer service trying to make an extra buck off women that they assume don’t know anything about cars. More
The service was horrible at service center, Chris seemed like he didn’t care about the issue I was having with my 2016 Chevy equinox. I explained that I was having a knocking sound coming from the engine an like he didn’t care about the issue I was having with my 2016 Chevy equinox. I explained that I was having a knocking sound coming from the engine and that I have the extended advanced warranty. When he called me 3 hrs after I dropped my car off and told me that I didn’t have an oil in it and that when the tech put oil in it stopped the knocking sound. He then went on to tell me that it was a known issue with 2016 Chevy equinox’s having issues with burning oil, and the PVC seal being damaged. He then submitted that to the extended warranty company knowing it was going to fail. The PVC issue is known with Chevy but it is due to pressure build up and can cause piston rings and can cause timing chain issues along with needing a new engine if the issue persists. However the tech never checked anything else saw the oil underneath the vehicle and said it’s a known issue and wouldn’t be covered by the extended warranty. The extended warranty covers mechanical issues, along with the engine and drive train. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I purchased 2 years ago with an extended warranty and they want to charge me $3000 to repair it. They will never get my business again and it was aweful. It should have been covered under warranty had they have done their job to see if any pistons or rods or timing chain was affected it all would have been covered. More
My experience with the staff at Toyota Direct on Morse Rd was super awesome. Although the staff is new but he's so collective with an honest precision. That made my day. I have purchased 2 cars and had both cars serviced by this dealership in the past 18 years. Up until a few months ago, I would have rated them 5 stars with a high recommendation. But now, I would rate th this dealership in the past 18 years. Up until a few months ago, I would have rated them 5 stars with a high recommendation. But now, I would rate them zero if I could, and I will NEVER trust my car to any of their dealerships again. I love Toyota cars, but the company itself and their "service" is now deplorable. I recently took my car in for regular maintenance and was charged $550 for an oil change (using regular oil, not synthetic as they always had before with my 122,000 milage engine), an alignment/rotation of tires, and cleaning out my AC system, which cost $235 out of my $550 bill. I had never had anyone at the dealership in the 18 years I'd went there mention that service. Two days later, I had a blowout of my front passenger tire on a busy roadway during rush hour. It's only by the grace of God I wasn't in an accident or killed. I took my car to Luke's Auto on Sinclair Road because I'd heard so many positive remarks on their service. They did a thorough inspection, drove the car and tested it out and came up with a complete list of what was good, what needed monitoring in the future what immediately needed repaired. They also included actual photographs of each damaged part on my while it was still on my car. The major problem was that the strut system needed completely replaced. The blowout had occurred due the strut spring breaking and puncturing the tire. Cost me $1300 for full replacement of everything. They also performed some other necessary work. Toyota had not mentioned anything to me about all these rusted or dangerous problems with my car. Do not trust your car to this dealership. They no longer know what the heck they are doing or just don't care anymore. Probably a bit of both. Goodbye Toyota Direct. More

For the past 5 services I had them perform, I've needed to take my truck back for three of them. If you do elect to take your car or truck to them for service, plan to do a post-inspection before driving off. Also, know what services are due to prevent being sold unnecessarily ones. Reasons for my rating. -Had new wiper inserts installed. The tech did not tighten the bolt for the rear wiper and the wiper failed to fully retract potentially burning out the wiper motor. - Had front breaks replaced and they squeaked for months afterwards because they were not properly greased. -Being told I needed unnecessary services such as "pre-emptive" alignments and services that had already been preformed within the past 12 months. - Valve caps not being installed after getting new tires. - Being asked to come back because the tech left a tool under my hood. - -Missing key to wheel locks after a tire rotation. I've given them many chances because they are literally 5 mins from my house. However, I just bought a new truck and will drive an extra 30 mins to take it to a different dealer because I don't want them to lay a hand on it. More
