Extremely frustrated since this is not the first time that the people on the phone say one thing, and the service peeps say something different and the timing is not doable. Please provide the phone peeps with the appropriate info, so they can better quote when scheduling so we may better manage our time. More

I have been having trouble starting my 2012 Camry Hybrid even though battery was OK. I had it looked at twice earlier this year, but the problem continued. She said that the problem was probably due to having a rubber floor mat over the original floor mat which prevented me to be able to depress the brake far enough for the car to start. She even removed the extra mat for me. I am now able depress the brake pedal much further so believe the problem was finally solved. More

The previous 2 times when I came with 2 layers of floor mats, I was told by other advisors that I need to depress the brake further even though I was depressing the brake as far as I could. I hope that I will be able to get her the next time I have service done. More

Made an appointment to have a tire looked at 2. 25 hrs later walked out with a full service and wipers, they never looked at the tire.
