The last two times I have taken my vehicle, the service has taken longer than expected. No expectations are given up front and no communication or updates unless you go ask. If I had known, I would have had someone pick me up or when I scheduled the service if the rep would have recommended the vehicle dropped off I would have done that. The service work that was performed on both of our vehicles was just fine. My complaint is with the service advisors that spent more time talking amongst themselves rather than to greet me and to star vehicles was just fine. As it stands today, I will not be returning to Toyota Direct for that service. Furthermore, we may be purchasing a new vehicle, next year, to replace the 2015 Avalon Hybrid. Currently I would not price or buy a new car from Toyota Direct due to their service department. More
