I'm concerned with the changes at the Service Dept. I don't see the experienced (and probably higher paid) service people that once were there. I sat next to a middle aged customer who told me how he I don't see the experienced (and probably higher paid) service people that once were there. I sat next to a middle aged customer who told me how he'd been a long time customer there and he was not getting the same quality as he had previously. The service area looks nicer but I'm leery. As a widow, I don't have my husband to call and advise me and this makes me very nervous returning to your location. I always get my hybrid Camry serviced as recommended by the messages i receive, at your location. Not sure of my next step. I'm very disappointed. More
Excellent service this time. However the wait time of over two hours seems to be the norm for a “quick” oil change. Mindy helped me and told me what was wrong and what was recommended. She was nice about it. She was capable to inform me with the information that she got from the crew who was going to work on the care recommended. She was nice about it. The first thing she did was to read what Jim had put in my record the last time I saw him and he was on target. She did listen to me and made me feel like she was interested in my problems. I do miss Jim. I would like to send him a gift if I had his address because he was nice and attentive to this old lady. Could you give me his address or if I brought a gift card for him, would he get. I like that Toyota is not far from where I live I would have made it if it was further away. More
