Here at Toyota Carlsbad I was helped out by Sam who really showed interest in helping me get a car that same day not only that he made the process quick and easy and he treats every customer as a potential buyer which I did not receive the same treatment at Toyota of Escondido by some of there associates. He went through the whole process in depth and explained to me everything that I was signing to great detail and gave me all the information I needed to know and answered every question that I had. When I'm ready to get another car I will most likely go ahead and shop at Toyota Carlsbad again for that second vehicle great experience great service and great people.
