Took my vehicle in for service. They missed a check engine light, so had to bring back a few days later. They diagnose issue, order part and “fix” issue. I brought my tahoe in because i was having an issue with my front windshield washer was not functioning. During the check in video that the technician sent you can hear him comment that the windshield washe my front windshield washer was not functioning. During the check in video that the technician sent you can hear him comment that the windshield washer fluid reservoir is full. The tech said the washer pump needed to be replaced. Leaving the appointment i tried the front wipers and they worked. 5 minutes down the road and I start getting windshield washer reservoir is empty. It seemed small but if your servicing something that is full why not refill it once the repair is completed. The next morning I went to fill the reservoir and there wasn't even a cap on the washer fluid reservoir. I immediately called Edwin and he said to bring it back. Upon my return Edwin was extremely apologetic took the vehicle, immediately got the reservoir filled and a new cap placed to close it. Upon leaving that visit, I checked that the front and rear washer fluid was working correctly. The front washer yes, the rear washer it sounded like there was liquid pouring down the inside of the vehicle. I returned back to the service dept (3rd visit for the washer). Edwin immediately came out and took the vehicle back to the tech again for repairs. When they replaced the pump initially it disconnected the rear washer fluid dispensing. I'm completely satisfied with Edwin. He did everything he should/could and went above and beyond. My reluctance is with the quality of service from the technicians. I sat there for 3 hours on my initial visit, there should be a standard of quality that comes with charges that are being passed through. Award winning service doesn't miss the details. Unfortunately on this visit(s) the quality of service that your technician(s) displayed relative to the labor costs that were incurred certainly did not deliver. More
