I felt left out of the loop until I showed up and physically spoke with someone. I could never get a hold of anyone on the phone, and I only received vague text about parts not being ordered! Initially, phone conversations and drop off good. After services, Alex informed me my vehicle was ready. Also, that the technician heard a clicking noise. I found that strange, if repairs were complete, but the technician hears a clicking sound. I gave Alex permission to perform a test drive. Alex confirmed that he heard the clicking/rattling and placed his hand on the vent and the rattling seem to stop. We discussed TCM reset, and existing cracks in the upper dashboard. At pickup, I inspected my vehicle. There were grease hand prints and smudges across hood, on the left door panel where you grip to close the door, and on the left windshield shield trim. Also, there are new cracks in the dashboard, and a small hole where a piece is missing. Underneath the hood there is an oil spot near latch assembly. I told Alex, and he walked out to my vehicle and took photos of the new cracks and the hole. More
