It was a very good experience, it would have been nice to have been able to get a ride home after dropping off. I got a text message that said if you couldn't give5 stars to reach out to the service manager. The text didn't provide a name or contact information. I was offered the lane manager or the person who was sending the texts to talk to but said i would wait for the service manager since that's what the text said. i guess i'll be waiting a lot longer. This is shorter than the almost two years i've been waiting for him to call me back about service to my 1949 Chevrolet 3100. I knew i should have passed on the dealership. It takes no time to buy a car. it's the service department that you have to rely on over the life of it. More
