I brought my Ford Ranger in for a recall. Had an appointment for 9:00a.m. I was told it would be done by 2:00. I came back at 1:45 and they hadn’t even started it. They then completed it in 3 Had an appointment for 9:00a.m. I was told it would be done by 2:00. I came back at 1:45 and they hadn’t even started it. They then completed it in 35 minutes. What took five hours and still wasn’t finished was completed in 35 minutes. The first time I brought my truck in, the service manager called a meeting and everyone had to stop working. That was a 3 and 1/2 hour visit. The sales department is great. The service department needs a lot of improvement. I will be going to another dealership for service. More

The rear differential went out and had to be replaced it was under warranty. Devon was very helpful to arrange rental car and kept me up to date until the parts arrived. It took about 2 weeks. I see parks Lincoln Ford dealership is lacking in customer service. There are a couple that are good, but the people I came in contact with were awful except for the gentleman who checked me out. customer service.
