Everyone was perfectly polite and accommodating, the only issue I had was that I was given an estimated date for pick-up and it kept getting pushed out, which Is why I rated good and not excellent. I underst issue I had was that I was given an estimated date for pick-up and it kept getting pushed out, which Is why I rated good and not excellent. I understand there are hold-ups beyond technician control but to push back day after day, I'd rather just be told the latest possible date instead of having to call and ask when I can pick up my car the day I was told two times, or at least some reasoning why it got pushed out. Besides that, everyone was kind and I really appreciated the free uber after drop off. More
