Last time I went to get serviced I was there for 7! Hours for them to tell me they had no part and needed to be ordered. Dennis was terrible, not keeping me updated. Original salesmen was nice and professional. Finance totally misrepresented extended warranty. Service does not honor warranty and NEVER returns a phone call. Everytime I bring my vehicle in it’s like pulling teeth to get work done. They tear up something on my car this last time a windshield and they refuse to fix. Elizabeth won’t return promised phone call and actually tried to blame the damage on me. Said they fixed my wheel still scratched. I paid over $1100 for recommended maintenance. Extended warranty was definitely a bate and switch. Honda should look into this dealership’s behavior, I have never had trouble like this in all the years I have been purchasing cars. Should have probably stuck with Toyota, they actually care about their customers. More

Whoever handled the licensing didn’t do a very good job and we had to sign additional paperwork after we left the dealer ship. We like our Honda but there are too many other dealers in the area. My wife initiated the deal, if I had been involved from the start we would have left. More

Had to return to this dealership after a warranty repair because my bumper was not installed properly after the warranty replacement of my AC. The bumper had no retaining clips where the tires are and the t because my bumper was not installed properly after the warranty replacement of my AC. The bumper had no retaining clips where the tires are and the top plastic cover for the radiator also had most of its retaining clips broken and just inserted back in place. Just terrible quality of work and I highly doubt now the quality of repair done on my warranty AC replacement. These are what I could see on my own, I can only imagine what else is messed up that I cannot see. Would not recommend this location. More
