Came in for first complementary oil chg, mechanic decided to cut out some of the inside fender splash guard to make it easier to replace oil filter. Service tech Christopher, got a new splash guard ordered to cut out some of the inside fender splash guard to make it easier to replace oil filter. Service tech Christopher, got a new splash guard ordered and a few days later when it came in I returned to have it replaced. That mechanic was careless and left out one of the retaining clips at the top of the wheel well so I bought an after market replacement since I was going on a long trip and didn't have any more time to deal with the dealer ship. I mean, how many ridgelines and pilots has the oil changer modified. I bet a bunch and why wouldn't the follow on replacement mechanic just take a moment and check his finished work. Incompetent pretty much covers it in Spades. Service tech, Christopher was outstanding but the rest................. More
