I had made a mistake by taking my CR-V to an oil change location that was a little closer. They messed up my skid plate even when I returned to them,they still couldn't fix. Very special thanks & appreciation to Mike Wright, & his team, of Norm Reeves Honda, who diligently managed who repair needs for the A/C condenser, starting 2:30p on Friday, 6/28/2024 & on into Saturday mor team, of Norm Reeves Honda, who diligently managed who repair needs for the A/C condenser, starting 2:30p on Friday, 6/28/2024 & on into Saturday morning 6/29/2024. We were out-of-town customers (from Abilene, TX) who stopped-in with no appointment because of A/C failure as we were leaving DFW Intl Airport. Mike kept us informed & kindly arranged transportation for us to a local hotel & return to pick-up our 2015 Honda Odyssey.
