The service reps are friendly and professional but the techs always overpromise and under deliver. I showed up a day early to. Norm Reeves Honda. I had scheduled an online 8:15am service time for an oil change Saturday morning. I really needed my vehicle for Saturday for a lon Norm Reeves Honda. I had scheduled an online 8:15am service time for an oil change Saturday morning. I really needed my vehicle for Saturday for a long drive but the oil change was more important. I ended up calling the dealership around 3 and the very kind lady on the phone said I was more than welcome to bring it by early and they’d check me in for tomorrow. I arrived and was able to speak with Tommy Crean immediately. I told him I was just checking my car in now because I would need to be driving out of town prior to 8:15am. My plans had changed a little after I scheduled the trip. I knew I would have to drive my jeep and waste gas but my Gonda needed the oil change. When I told Tommy I was dropping the vehicle off early, he grabbed his tablet and immediately checked me in. He was kind and professional, got right to the point of what I needed. I left and within an hour of me leaving, Tommy let me know there was an actual oil change covered by the warranty on the vehicle. This research by Tommy was a huge help financially and allowed me to have another service included in the oil change. Long story short, Tommy messaged me early Saturday morning letting me know my vehicle service was completed AND ready to go. This was such good news because I was really wanting to use my Honda on this trip for the good gas mileage. Tommy did an amazing job keeping in contact with me, researching my cars history, and then providing me with incredibly fast updates on service my car. Thanks to Tommy’s customer service, which was fantastic, I was able to have my vehicle serviced and still use it the next day for what I was really hoping to use it for. I know sometimes yall are busy and the quick service doesn’t always happen like this, but it was such good timing and with Tommy’s help, yall have made me a customer for life here. Thanks Tommy! More
