This rating is based on buying a new vehicle . Macon Huntsinger was very unprofessional and of no help. He needs customer service training. The finance dept (Frances)was terrible and one month la Macon Huntsinger was very unprofessional and of no help. He needs customer service training. The finance dept (Frances)was terrible and one month later I still had to sign some documents because of the finance dept not knowing what they were doing. And this was a cash sale! More

Never gets the JOB DONE! Either its one thing or another I took my car for service and they didn’t fill my tire with air after them having it for a couple of days, Last tim Either its one thing or another I took my car for service and they didn’t fill my tire with air after them having it for a couple of days, Last time I took my other honda for a service I let them know one of the tires keep marking its low can you please check it out, they came back stating they didn’t see anything that same day had a flat tire by the end of the day it had a big nail and had to purchase a new tire elsewhere, if they really cared for customers they make sure they FINISHED THE JOB ALL THE WAY! More
