We bought our 1st Audi, Audi 4000 in December 1979. We bought our 3rd Audi, a Certified Used 1998 A6, from Niello in 2002. In June 2022 we bought our 6th Audi, a 2019 Q5 from Niello with Diane Ponce. We bought our 3rd Audi, a Certified Used 1998 A6, from Niello in 2002. In June 2022 we bought our 6th Audi, a 2019 Q5 from Niello with Diane Ponce. And now our 7th Audi, 2025 Q5e we bought from Niello with Diane Ponce. We started having Niello service our Audi's starting in 2016. We have always been impressed with the professionalism of the Service Consultants and the service we received. Initially we dealt with Dain Bryant and ended up with Erik Carr. Erik always went the extra mile to make things work out for us. When we decided to trade in our 2019 Q5 for a 2025 Q5e, Diane Ponce navigated us through the process, involving Blake Paulson and the financial people. The post purchase follow up has been impressive. I have received communication from Diane and a tech person checking in to see how we liked our purchase, did we have any questions, or need help setting up any features. And when an issue developed with the HomeLink not functioning, and later when the Check Engine light came on, Diane and the Service Department came to the rescue. Since we live 5 hours away, we appreciate the connection we have made with Niello Audi. It is typically a 2 day affair to get our Audi's serviced and to be able to have a loaner car available. We especially like the detailed check list of the service performed and explanations of anything that needs attention. We will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you Niello Audi! More

Dain has been my service person since my first Audi years ago. He has made every Audi visit comfortable and taken great care of both my Audi Allroad and A3 services.
