Neillo Audi was fantastic right from the first test drive. Cain was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. Always there to answer any questions and always very accommodating. The dealer tried to force a RecovR tracker on us before purchasing that is completely useless in our situation (our County had 0 cars stolen in the last two years) and Audi already tracks the car. We threa purchasing that is completely useless in our situation (our County had 0 cars stolen in the last two years) and Audi already tracks the car. We threatened to walk out. The salesman swiped the mud/cargo and charger after I confirmed all were in the vehicle. Diane Ponce saved us going to Pasadena Audi when the deal headed south. Five golds stars. Our sales guy should not be working at Niello. The dude who told sales folks to lie to customers about RecoveR should also be terminated. I know all of this since I have worked for Bosch Silicon Systems for 42 years. This is my third Audi from Niello since my Audi 90 quattro. More
