I took my vehicle to the dealership because there was a recall on the infotainment system where the app needed to be updated and my rain sensing windshield wipers were not functioning properly. My vehicle recall on the infotainment system where the app needed to be updated and my rain sensing windshield wipers were not functioning properly. My vehicle was at the dealership from 8AM until 4:30 PM and nothing was done. They wanted me to leave the vehicle there for another day. I needed my vehicle to get to work. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. I have to take off from work on 10/16/26 to take the vehicle back. Hopefully I will have my issues resolved. More

Chris was an absolute amazing service adviser. I went in with CarPlay issues he said he would have to keep my car for a few days to see what exactly is going on. He gave me a call back within four I went in with CarPlay issues he said he would have to keep my car for a few days to see what exactly is going on. He gave me a call back within four days saying they found the issue and fixed it. I came in to get my car and my CarPlay was not connecting to my phone so he took his time out to help me get it connected back on unfortunately it still was not working after 15 minutes of his time he told me once he gets another rental in he will give me a call To bring my car back in. Within two days of having my car, my car Play came back on. I appreciate his time and effort to make the customer satisfied. More

It started out quite rough! An older gentleman was quite rude and disrespectful. Then the initial service help was great. I asked for them to change the oil and diagnose a small leak. I never received a call from the service advisor. I did get the video inspection video which was cool. But no call, no diagnosis of the leak, and zero communication from service advisor at all. I picked the car up and that was fine but again no explanation of anything. Then the next day I get a text asking me to pick up the vehicle and pay. Over all, not pleased. Probably will not be back for service of any kind. More
