Service advisor was professional and courteous. I had an issue with my tire, service advisor told me they found a screw in one of my tires but said they weren’t able to patch it. I ended up having to purchase a new tire from you all. I spoke with the service manager who made it right for me. I spent 4 hrs in the waiting area which was longer than I expected to be there.
