Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More

Everything was great but I got a tire rotation and before driving off my tire sensor went off-1 was 28, 1 was 39, 1 was 40, 1 was 41. All should've been 35-36. Had my car in again for check engine light and thought it could of been a really expensive repair but turned out to be a simple fix. Repairs were fast and information about the problem was clear.
