I scheduled the appointment online using their service coupon. It was for a full synthetic oil change. It didn’t include tire rotation. It took nearly two hours for the appointment. They recommended sever coupon. It was for a full synthetic oil change. It didn’t include tire rotation. It took nearly two hours for the appointment. They recommended several add ons. Two of them were air filters. I just replaced one of them so I asked why they recommended a replacement. They said it was due to mileage. I asked to see a picture of the filters to determine if they actually needed replacement and I never received a response. When they told me it was ready, the bill was higher than expected because they added a tire rotation. I told them I didn’t ask for it. They called the service manager over and he told me I scheduled it online. I told him the coupon didn’t include it. He muttered under his breath “yes it did” and told the cashier to take it off my bill. I didn’t like being accused of stealing services. When he came out to the vehicle when I drove up, I told him I was there for oil change. He never confirmed if anything else was going to be done to my vehicle. It was a bad appointment overall. More
