He stayed in touch with us and always responded to my texts. Our car arrived this week, Friday 11/8, and we picked it up. I traded in a car, was disappointed in the trade in value, but went ahead and did it with the dealership. It did take quite some time waiting for the finance dept to meet with us and felt a bit rushed, but it was still ok. Was a bit disappointed that the rubber mats didnt arrive WITH the car as ordered and I am hoping we didnt get charged twice for them….Will look in to that when I pick them up. Overall, it was a good transaction/experience. Ryan’s knowledge of our car and explaining all the features to us, was perfect! He was respectful, took the time, and answered all our questions, never felt rushed in any way. Thank Ryan for helping us get a beautiful car and good luck with “little Unver” coming in January!
