The service manage and my rep both took very good care of me. Unfortunately I keep having workmanship problems. It was truly refreshing to leave a dealership not feeling like I made a mistake. Truly appreciate the professionalism and honesty from Phillip. Don Litoff in finance made the signing process go smoothly and quickly. No added unforeseen items added and interest rate did not change from what Phillip had told me. They didn’t add any window tint, wheel locks or pin stripes and didn’t have any mandatory add on extended protection plans like other dealers. No pressure to buy extended warranties or contracts. He simply explained the benefits of each option they had to offer and left it up to me which made the process so much more enjoyable. I will not forget the experience at James Wood and when I buy again it will definitely be an easy choice for me and my family to return to James Wood. More

So lets start with thisjourney. 1st trip to the dealer: All good, very friendly. Samantha, took my info about the issue and took the car for the fixing. Issue, light engine with mul 1st trip to the dealer: All good, very friendly. Samantha, took my info about the issue and took the car for the fixing. Issue, light engine with multiple codes reading. Also requested state inspection. Came back after 3 weeks out pick up the car, got charge for the inspection, however, it was not performed. Drove into the ramp on highway and the light engine came up. By the way no courtesy wash. 2nd trip to the dealer. Left car for about a week then went to pick up the car. Still no courtesy watch (even as other got it just by changing their oil). Also asked if there was a loaner i can use, but was told none were available. Within days, the engine light is back up again. 3rd trip to the dealer and another week to get the car back. Engine light seems to be fixed, however, the car gas this air leak sound that happens every 2 to 3 min when driving and the door open warning sound seems to be increased to the 10 level. Still no courtesy watch either. I am very patient, but its hard to not to think that the fixes were very week or never done. If they would have tested the car after the repairs, at least on the first try, they would have noticed it was not fixed. I would give the benefit of the doubt to the service advisor, as she depends on the info provided to her by the techs, but the service techs need to pay more attention and at the very least test the fixes. People count on them to be able to go to work and navigate our daily lives. If they are careless, it creates a chain reaction that affect us those who depend on those who drive, weather is to get to work, to meet a client, go to the hospital, deliver food, visit family or go on vacation...ect. Would i go back to James Wood dealer for service? Possibly not. Who know. Will see how it goes in the future. More
