My vehicle was returned to me with the steering wheel and center console covered in grease. The state inspection was performed without asking, not a huge deal since it was free, but the remaining sticker res center console covered in grease. I then asked for cleaner and a rag and proceeded to clean my own windshield; I was never once questioned in the service drive by the two advisers as to what the issue might be. After working over a decade in an auto dealership I know the level of service that should be shown to their customers and this was not even close. More
