My vehicle was returned to me with the steering wheel and center console covered in grease. The state inspection was performed without asking, not a huge deal since it was free, but the remaining sticker res center console covered in grease. I then asked for cleaner and a rag and proceeded to clean my own windshield; I was never once questioned in the service drive by the two advisers as to what the issue might be.
