I was disappointed and surprised that i would be charged $39.95 to top off the nitrogen in my tires when the psi was only 2 below the recommended level. The service technician suggested that i switch back t $39.95 to top off the nitrogen in my tires when the psi was only 2 below the recommended level. The service technician suggested that i switch back to air which I did. He quickly fixed the air pressure issue and I was able to leave in under 15 minutes. My service technician was very helpful. This was the worst experience ever. I drive my car in because my engine light had been on. I leave my car there and never get a call from anyone at the dealership. I had to call them to find out that something serious was wrong with my engine and that it wasn’t covered because my odometer was at 99,000 and my warranty expired at 91,000 (which I wasn’t really aware of). Mind you this is a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I am the second owner. I don’t have money to pay out of pocket for this kind of repair. I will never purchase from this dealership again. They sell you junk and then refuse to help you when their cars break down. More

My car was 1 month old and the battery died. I had it jumped and was told to bring it in and they would replace the battery. Not the case. I was told that it would be a couple days.
