We saw a great price online for a 2025 Hyundai Palisade, so we decided to head into Family Hyundai to check out the vehicle. When we walked in, we were greeted by Mark Holder. We instantly connected with so we decided to head into Family Hyundai to check out the vehicle. When we walked in, we were greeted by Mark Holder. We instantly connected with him as he was personable and friendly. After test driving the car, we decided to sit and down and potentially purchase the vehicle. As we went over the numbers, we were surprised to find out that the price online was only available if you chose certain financing options. Car companies need to stop with this practice. People want honest companies and should not have to spend additional time haggling prices. Stop with the fine print (which we could not even find on the website) and just be honest. This price difference took an additional hour of our time due to going back and forth and I felt like I was in a scene of Seinfeld. After finally agreeing to the price (after making them change paperwork two times, sneaky), we were ready for financing. As we waited, we had the typical person come up and try to sell us additional costs to our vehicle which I had to say no to twice. As we waited for finance, Mark was very accommodating and sat with me, showing me everything on the vehicle I was purchasing. He was a wealth of information. He truly knows his stuff. I had to ask 3 times when financing was available as we were approaching the 3-hour mark. Purchasing a vehicle should not take this long in this day and age. We were finally greeted by the finance person. When he sat down, he asked how everything was going and if there were any issues. When I said everything was great except for the wait time on finance, he immediately had an attitude problem with me and made a snarky comment which is completely unprofessional. He made several more comments and then brought us back to his office to sign paperwork. We then advised him that we were not interested in the GAP insurance or any extended warranties, but he continued on with his "speech" and drawing diagrams discussing these extended warranties. We had to tell him a second time to please skip this part as we were approaching hour 4 and we needed to get home, and we were not interested. The attitude came again, and he stated, "well if anything happens to your car then it's on you." That time in the finance office was stressful and very uncomfortable. When we were finally done, Mark met us once again and put our temp tag on the vehicle and thanked us again. If it wasn't for Mark and his great personality and friendliness, I would have walked out of that purchase. He was the only one there that I can truly say was a delight to deal with. I am so sick of the "car salesman" persona these employees think they need to exhibit. It is exhausting to deal with. It should not take 4 hours to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Mark for keeping us sane during this purchase. I will definitely recommend Mark Holder, but you all need to do better on time and attitude. More

The Hyundai people here on West 159th are very nice and good to work with. They give you a good presentation of the cars and the opportunity to drive the car around the showroom lot.
