Manager Joe was a complete jerk to me. he didn't care about my situation, the Monday before Xmas I was given my car back after "YOUR" mechanic looked at it, did a manufacture update, but d he didn't care about my situation, the Monday before Xmas I was given my car back after "YOUR" mechanic looked at it, did a manufacture update, but did nothing for the check engine light that kept coming on and flashing. Joe did not want to hear that, he said "tow my car in, and when they get to it, they will get to it, he has customers who bought a car from him, I'm just a guy looking for service" so I ask that he's not willing to help me, he said "at this point no" I find this complete garbage on his behalf to not honor the fact his mechanic just touched my car and would not put me in front to get my car fix the right way. So, I took my car to the Oak Lawn dealership, they told me the manufacture update was not done, and they see the issue and Hyundai approved the repair for the Knock sensor replacement. had my car back for a week now and no issues. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR OR REFERE ANYONE TO TINLEY PARK EVER!!! IF JOE TREATES PEOPLE LIKE THIS IT, THEN YOU MIGHT NEED TO RETHINK WHO YOU HAVE AS MANAGEMENT AT YOUR PLACE! More
