I made an appt. with the Service department a week in advance. Dropped the vehicle off and it took 2 days for them to even look at the issue. The communication from with the Service department a week in advance. Dropped the vehicle off and it took 2 days for them to even look at the issue. The communication from the advisor was lacking. I ended up having to go to the dealership in person to escalate to Service Management. Once escalated, the vehicle was finally looked at and the repairs made. More
