Have used this dealership for last three cars but could tell something was different this time. Was supposed to have an appointment to turn in our lease but someone dropped the ball and we did not. Was just assigned Michael (poor guy) told him we wanted to turn in lease and lease a new car but was told they offered no incentives at all to lease and our payments would be much higher. He did let us test drive two vehicles which was a plus for him but that is where it started going downhill. More

Service dept in this dealership is FANTASTIC. My complaint is with your used car department. While my wife and I were writing a check to pay for this used car cash, we were told that whatever we My complaint is with your used car department. While my wife and I were writing a check to pay for this used car cash, we were told that whatever we needed, all we had to do is ask. Well that turned out to be false. The first thing was we were told that the vehicle just had a fresh oil and filter change. So the salesperson put a sticker showing a fresh oil change. This was NOT true, the vehicle’s computer showed that oil life was at 66%. This I could live with. We were also told the operation of the electronics and keyless entry would be explained. Again, this was not true. And the last thing was since there was no owners manual or 2nd key fob I needed someone to visually inspect under the dash to get the factory code which is on a sticker behind the fuse panel. The sales person told us to drive over to service which was closed. The salesperson never followed us over and we were there by ourselves. The only reason the used car manager came over to us was because we called him over. I explained to him EXACTLY what was needed to retrieve the factory code, no service, no repair, just someone to look under the dash. It would take less than 5 minutes to make a customer happy. The only thing he said was they didn’t work on that model vehicle and I would have to drive 60 miles roundtrip to bring it to their Lincoln Dealership. I am 72 years old and not as nimble as I used to be otherwise I would do it myself. I was not asking for a freebie. Nor was I asking for any service. All I wanted is to get what I paid for. A vehicle that went through the safety checks including a fresh oil & filter change and a usable keyless entry. Your response would be greatly appreciated. More
