went to parts dept for options on replacing Driver mirror only or complete unit. Zack took the time to come out to see my truck and suggested best option of mirror only and explained how to install. Ordered part at 3:30pm, got a call at 9am next day...part was in. Now Thats service. Installation took 10 minutes. Had to enter my parts order with Bill in Service so he could fill in the credit for Chevy rewards points. That was a lot of administrative keystrokes on staff for a $16.00 reward credit.
