I have been a customer of bill hood since the purchase of my 2012 Silverado. Over the years I have spent over $8k in service repairs on it. I was a bit disappointed with my recent purchase because of an add my 2012 Silverado. Over the years I have spent over $8k in service repairs on it. I was a bit disappointed with my recent purchase because of an additional “protection package” I was told that GM was doing because of paint chipping. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it they included in the price of the vehicle. I was under the impression that this was added to the truck. Very dissatisfied with that because the rest of my purchase was a great experience. I will contact GM to find out more details about this package and why there was not a chance to opt out. More

I have had to constantly bring my vehicle to the service department beginning the night that I picked it up. Most of it has been covered by my certified used warranty. I haven't had the Chevy Equinox an e department beginning the night that I picked it up. Most of it has been covered by my certified used warranty. I haven't had the Chevy Equinox an entire year and had to have a brake rotor replacement for $1,000. This was not covered by my one year warranty even though I haven't had the car for a year. The service department is great but I shouldn't to see them that often. Also, I am dreading the end of my warranty if the costs are this high already. Even though I could recommend the kind and courteous sales department, I could not recommend the dealership. More
