Why do I need to make an appointment if you're unable to even diagnose my vehicle until 24 hours later? There was poor communication upfront on how long my vehicle would be unavailable. I had to call them f even diagnose my vehicle until 24 hours later? There was poor communication upfront on how long my vehicle would be unavailable. I had to call them for updates. They did clearly explain the results of the diagnostic, however, they tried to convince me to buy a $1,100 part before they fixed the part that was throwing the codes. Once they did, the other code resolved and, as I thought, works fine. More

I only clicked 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them no star like they deserve...that are the absolute worst I've ever seen at holding up to there end of a deal, especially when you claim top notch them no star like they deserve...that are the absolute worst I've ever seen at holding up to there end of a deal, especially when you claim top notch service, and within a yr or so my family, had to have a brand new motor, that THEY had to pay outta pocket for, and then just had to pay for a brand new transmission that THEY had to pay for outta pocket, so they get the new transmission in ya know and the dealership is installing this brand new Chevy motor because their a Chevy dealership, so you know it's gonna be done right ya kmow...WRONG, after getting their brand new Chevy truck my family bought from THEM, not long after, start having issue, so bring it to them and some genius put the motor mounts on backwards, and it's crazy because when they did that, what do you know , it ate into the transmission and these crooks want no part of taking the responsibility to own up to it that they did all this. Who does that! Keep ya dealership circle small and far away from these people my friends!💯 More
