I had a dealer-issued coupon for $75 off my tires, but I was unable to use it despite there being no mention in the fine print that tires were excluded. When I dropped off my vehicle, I informed the service was unable to use it despite there being no mention in the fine print that tires were excluded. When I dropped off my vehicle, I informed the service advisor that I’d be using a coupon this time as well. The cashier claimed I had already received a discount, which was untrue, as the final price I paid was higher than the original quoted price after tax. A representative who reviewed my invoice confirmed that no discount had been applied. I’ve successfully used a similar coupon for a tire purchase in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly frustrating. No one seemed willing to help, and since my service advisor wasn’t available, I ended up paying the full amount despite having the coupon. I had a great experience at the dealership. My only complaint was I had to wait an hour for finance, who never showed up and had the sales person deliver the paperwork for signature.
