I have a 2022 RAV4 and the service here has been dismal at best. I am checking to see what if I can get service moving forward at a different dealer! Hunter a finance person was terrible today! I just need my windshield fixed and was arguing from the get go! It had to do with them booking this wrong and lack of knowledge from the service desk! Will not return if possible! This dealership is why people hate buying cars. The excitement of buying a new/used car quickly wears off when dealing with all of the typical gamesmanship. The car buying process should not take 5 hours spread out over two separate days. We do not live close to this dealership and had to head out there 3 times. Luckily Youssef called us on the way out on the second time to tell us the vehicle wasn’t actually ready and to go home. We purchased a used vehicle and were paying cash, so no financing would be involved and still we sat at a desk twiddling our thumbs for 2 hours before Hunter took us back to do 10 minutes of paperwork and for us to write a check. Hunter was great and quick. This dealership needs to learn to respect people’s time and realize not all of us like to come in and waste a day playing games going back and forth between the sales manager. Like I said, Youssef and Hunter were good to work with but I think I’d be hard pressed to ever purchase another vehicle from Corwin Toyota. More

Luis did a great job helping me quickly purchase a used vehicle. He had a car I was interested in ready with not much notice for me to test drive, helped me search other vehicles to see if any would meet m vehicle. He had a car I was interested in ready with not much notice for me to test drive, helped me search other vehicles to see if any would meet more criteria on my wish list and had the vehicle I purchased all cleaned, temporary tagged and ready for me the next morning for pickup and paired my phone. Luis and David, the Finance person, worked late on a very busy evening to get me, and other people taken care of. There was an issue with my sales contract that I did not notice until the next day and I let Luis know the next business day. He forwarded the issue to Zachary, the Used Car Manager, who resolved the issue quickly that morning. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the dealership is their policy to add Data Dots and Pulse Break to every vehicle requiring a cost of $894 added to the purchase price whether you want them or not. Otherwise, the service was very good and I was not pressured to add other add-ons. During my search, this dealership had the most inventory and variety of selection. More
