Zach listened to me, let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in, listened, stayed over 2 hours after closing time even after I was working with your finance person, and when I came in the next mornin interested in, listened, stayed over 2 hours after closing time even after I was working with your finance person, and when I came in the next morning he took the time to hook my phone up to Bluetooth and go over all of the technology features my car has! BTW... I am not the a technology guru, so I greatly appreciated that he took the time to do this with me!!! More

You charged interest on the visa of 3 % when the law is 2% also you are suppose to give notice. I lost $200 on a $6000 bill. I did not have my check book with me and your service guy did not tell me you we 2% also you are suppose to give notice. I lost $200 on a $6000 bill. Left two messages with service manager and did not receive a call so disappointed in no reponseYou charged 3% interest on the visa, while the legal rate is only 2%. Additionally, you were supposed to provide notice. I lost $200 on a $6,000 bill. I didn’t have my checkbook with me, and your service technician did not inform me that this charge would apply. I left two messages with the service manager but did not receive a response. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication. More
