Shelby was top-notch and I couldn't ask for more. She was transparent, not pushy, knowledgeable and seemed to know the ins and outs of the vehicle. If the customer says no, not interested, you should move on and not treat them like they're making a big mistake and are making a bad decision. More

I don’t know how this dealership has four stars. They must have all of their employees writing reviews. From customer service to sales to financing to service this is the worst dealership I have eve They must have all of their employees writing reviews. From customer service to sales to financing to service this is the worst dealership I have ever seen. They are slow, non-responsive, and really reek of that slimy car dealer vibe That is almost stereotypical. I recommend going anywhere but this place for anything. The paperwork that Rocky handed me after we bought our car listed a different model and make of car, although he assured me that didn’t matter. They’re very fishy on their explanations of rebates and financing, and I still feel like they got the best of us in the worst way, but they’re so Sneaky that it’s hard to tell. Anyway, avoid it all costs! There are other dealerships around that welcome your business and work hard to be transparent and customer friendly. For example, Flatiron Subaru is the antithesis of this place. More
