Shelby was top-notch and I couldn't ask for more. She was transparent, not pushy, knowledgeable and seemed to know the ins and outs of the vehicle. My only small suggestion is that I felt the upsell on the extended warranty was a bit stronger than I'd like. If the customer says no, not interested, you should move on and not treat them like they're making a big mistake and are making a bad decision. More
