I have read that car warranties are only as good as the folks that back them. I found it disappointing that you had so little information on the company that you were using. No internet access in the finan folks that back them. I found it disappointing that you had so little information on the company that you were using. No internet access in the finance office, no pamphlets, no ability to email me information. Didn’t send me screen shots of info as promised. Was told price could go up if I don’t commit same day. 5 mins after I left the store and the reviews on the warranty were less than 2 stars. I would ask that you provide better information to defend using that company. Felt like a sales pitch for a less than quality product. More

He was helpful and never overbearing throughout the process. He pulled the truck out of the detail shop so we could see it and then made sure they finished right away once we decided to buy so our truck would be ready that afternoon.
