When I initially called, I got a hold of a salesman whose name I think was Clay. I’m not exactly sure. The salesman said he would call back to check the availability of the car I was interested in, but I did name I think was Clay. I’m not exactly sure. I called back a few hours later and was connected to him when he shouted into the phone “ why do you keep calling back here”!! And hung the phone up. I then was connected to a competent salesman.”Ravi” who took me the rest of the way for the sales and purchase of the car. Ravi was polite, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. When I tried to contact the person responsible for financing the car it was inherently difficult to get a hold of him. I realize I was an out-of-state buyer and it was not a huge sale, but customer service should be at the forefront of every sale. More

Ravi was very polite and tried to be helpful jn our purchase of the 4Runner. However, we had to wait for over 3 hours to finally get to see the financial manager to do the paperwork. Apparently, most of the managers had gone home with many customers still waiting, Bad look for first-time customers. Also, the vehicle had a crack on the windshield and a leaky tire when delivered.
