Initially I was happy with Mercedes of Rocklin as Mike the salesperson was very polite and helpful. I ended up buying a vehicle for my son and drove home without the car mats. It took multiple requests an the salesperson was very polite and helpful. I ended up buying a vehicle for my son and drove home without the car mats. It took multiple requests and planning to finally have the mats delivered and they delivered the incorrect ones. I reached out to the general manager Darren Arnaud via email and phone call. I didn’t hear back from him at all. Unfortunately I will not go back for my other son’s vehicle at this dealership. Jaswinder worked with Zach and finally had Miquel drive the correct mats to me. My son knew I would by him a vehicle but didn’t know I would buy it early as a surprise- I would have loved the surprise to have been a much smoother process. My expectations were not met at this dealership and I certainly did not feel they were going to make my experience right after the mishap with my mats. Forgetting the mats, sending the wrong ones, and having me call multiple times to receive the correct ones after buying a car from this dealership… and NO response from the general manager after I contacted him via email and phone call? Not a good experience. More
