The stress from Gm, biggers and wickstrom is beyond words. Ghosted by the service department for over a month. Missed my trip to see my sick mother over Christmas break. Being told to find my car in th words. Ghosted by the service department for over a month. Missed my trip to see my sick mother over Christmas break. Being told to find my car in the cold. Having an engine blow on my equinox and needing the engine replaced and saying it was my fault. Having a new car Ev that I’m unfamiliar with and not able to travel far because nothing worked right and i was afraid to take it anywhere far. Not charging correctly and being charged more money because i couldn’t charge during off time. I could go on and on. But not being able to see my mother who is 81 and just had a heart procedure is not acceptable. I will never forgive nor forget how i was treated. Always excuses. Then biggers wouldn’t even acknowledge the concierge on my behalf Also my 1985 conversion van engine blew also. 2 chevys. I think after my lease is up I’ll go to a different car and dealerships. No more Gm for my. Chevy owner sense 1985 More

I asked for a full brake job estimate. The service tech lowballed the price at "around 1200 dollars". I saw a quote for just two brakes( the rear) at about $700.
