It always irritates me when you charge for “extra” materials! You quote a price and then tack on extras. It seems to me to be an automatic tip. Service writers are always attentive when discussing how I describe issues with my vehicle. Never assume anything and will ask for further details in order to get the best picture possible of any problems. I describe issues with my vehicle. I also appreciate how the service department will do everything possible to return my car the same day. Finally, having updates from the service writer without prompting is a very nice touch! More
