The Assistant Service Manager, Mike Matthews, was outstanding. He went over and above to help us with our bumper-to-bumper warranty, unfortunately to no avail. Mike Matthews in the service department was very helpful and concise in setting up my dealer add ons after purchase. It always irritates me when you charge for “extra” materials! You quote a price and then tack on extras. It seems to me to be an automatic tip.
