Fredy worked with us to make the finance numbers palatable and overall made the experience as pleasurable as buying a car can be. Russell in Finance was quick, to the point, explained everything, and not the least bit pushy. He is good at what he does. My wife and I have been looking for a used car for approximately 3 + months. My wife found what looked like a few good choices. We found a couple cars from Biggers where we were introduced to Diego M approximately 3 + months. My wife found what looked like a few good choices. We found a couple cars from Biggers where we were introduced to Diego Montez, and both my wife and I we impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willing to work with us. After going to a number of other dealerships and looking at a number of other used cars, of which none of them were to our liking, we heard from Diego a couple of times that he found what might fit our criteria. He arranged for us to look at the vehicle on Monday evening of which my wife found another one on 'Car Bravo', so he made arrangements for us to look at the both of them at the same time. We both felt that Diego went above and beyond. Ultimately we chose the Chevy Equinox because of mileage, it was equipped with all of the accessories we were looking for and because it was a 'Car Bravo ' listing, it came with a 12 month/12k mile bumper to bumper warranty. All of the sales staff were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable along with Diego. I would highly recommend Biggers Chevy and if you need a great salesman, Diego would steer you in the right direction. More
