I called the next day and spoke with Wilmer Rodriquez, sales manager, - he was kind, understanding and was amazingly accommodating. Wilmer told me to bring car back, try another car, drive it for a few days and if I didn't like it I could take my old car back. You DON'T find that kind of customer service anywhere. Noel Montesano was excellent with the financing end of it. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this outstanding dealership to any one. Their goal was customer satisfaction and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED WITH MY 5 SERIES SEDAN!!! More

Although Ian was busy twice when I stopped in unexpectedly, the other staff made sure I was taken care of. When we finally sat down I had 2 cars in mind. Ian worked through all of the scenarios and didn't pressure me in any way. After a few days and several revisions (even a last ditch look at a just received 428) we finalized a deal for a X1 that both me and my wife are happy with. Ian checked in with me the next day and I trust I will be dealing with him and Ottos again when I need another car. Although they did try to sell me additional warranties and coverage it was not the hard sell I had the last time. I would recommend Ian and Ottos if you want a good BMW with good sales and service to go with it... More

The service department is also exceptional. Frank Adinolfi has always been genuinely interested in any concerns I’ve had. These employees actually seem to live and breath these cars.
