The customer service is pretty good here. Tony did a good job helping me. I have a hard time reviewing positively at times because I have a lemon odyssey and I haven’t stopped having problems Tony did a good job helping me. I have a hard time reviewing positively at times because I have a lemon odyssey and I haven’t stopped having problems with it since I bought it in 2020. I had to push back on things several times with the service people because Honda has NEVER fixed my car problems - it stalls on me at lights and even turns off and I can’t turn it on for like 30 seconds. I have had to have the battery changed 2 times in four years. I refuse to pay for diagnostics on a car that hasn’t ever been fixed properly. Honda needs to figure out what to do with these problem cars. They are losing credibility with me and others. More
