He is a fine salesman and promptly answered my questions with accurate answers and was very pleasant to work with. He made himself available throughout the sales process and it’s very much appreciated. Joshua, Vitaly, Jeremy and everyone that helped me were patient, kind and that made me feel comfortable and I liked the casual environment. Koons has a very excellent sales staff. They will try to make your car buying experience as easy as possible. The vehicles are priced very reasonably. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. More

Koons Westminster Toyota and Damien Lacks were great! I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I I recently purchased a new truck from Koons Westminster Toyota and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in all my years! And I say that after buying cars for more than 20 years! My salesperson, Damien Lacks, was very professional and detailed. Damien took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Usually when you go to a car dealership, they try to size you up first to see how much you can afford or see what type of monthly payment you are interested in. Car salespeople usually seem more about closing the deal and rushing you before you can really make a decision. Damien was nothing like that; he took the time to find out what I was looking for, and explained all the available options. Before we left the dealership for the test drive, he walked around the whole truck and pointed things out and explained how everything worked, including minor details. He did the same for the inside of the truck. When we got back from the test drive, I had questions about some of the other trim levels compared to the model I tested. Damien walked the lot with me and pointed out all of trim levels including similarities and differences. Once I decided to go forward with the purchase, the rest of the buying process went very smooth. I met with one of the finance managers to talk about preliminary numbers and available financing options. He explained everything and allowed me time to think everything through. I didn't feel pressured or that I had to make a decision quickly. Before I left the dealership with my truck, Damien sat in the truck with me to make sure I knew how to use everything , including the 4-wheel drive and he even connected my phone to the bluetooth system. I drove away with my new truck and I didn't feel cheated or that I didn't get the best deal! Koons Westminster is a great dealership and my salesperson, Damien lacks, is the best! I would recommend Koons Westminster Toyota to anyone! More
